Broadway Dance Centers dance program in the city that never sleeps
Are you looking for a dance program in the busy city? Then this might be for you!
Broadway dance center was created in 1984 and is located in the heart of New York City Theatre District. The dance school has taught icons such as Madonna and Britney Spears and choreographed for Beyonce, so if you’re looking for THE dance school in NYC this is it.
New to dance? Perfect!
This program is not only for advanced dancers, but they do offer the program no matter where you are in your dance journey. But you do have to be 18+ years old. That means that you can be a complete beginner and still take this program!
You can take up to 12 classes a week and choose from 250 different classes, but two of those classes need to be ballet. The dance classes are around 1,5 hours long, so that means you will dance about 18 hours a week.
And adding to that you'll also attend program exclusive classes every week, meaning you’ll dance even more!
You will also be granted exclusive classes for Program students only weekly and your teachers have follow up meetings about your progress.
Every month you will be able to take performance projects or master classes and be able to perform on stages and shows.
How much does the program cost?
3 months - $3250
6 months - $6050
12 months - $10,750
BUT as an international student you have to prove that you can pay for the program and pay for living in NYC.
Meaning you have to show a bank statement that shows that you have a certain amount of money for each period you're staying. You're not gonna pay that much to the program, you just have to show that you have that certain amount of money.
3 months - $6000
6 months - $12,000
12 months - $24,000
There is also an application fee of $250.
Housing and food and other necessities are not included and you have to pay for that as well and the cost for food, housing and metrocard might come up to 1142$ a month (based what i found on google)
